Success After Excess

Hey guys!! Kristen here from Success After Excess! Thank you for stopping by today!  Today's episode is part 1 of a two part series and episode 15 will tie things up tomorrow.  We are talking about stories today!! Stories are incredibly powerful... especially the stories that we tell ourselves. These stories are generally ones that have been ingrained in us from a very young age. Despite being able to find strength from these stories, in many cases, and very much in my own experience, these stories were loaded with limiting self beliefs, fear, doubt, self esteem killers and the lot. I know that by becoming aware of these stories, we are capable of not only proving them wrong, but rewriting OUR TRUE STORY!!
