Success After Excess

Welcome back to Success After Excess! Thank you for tuning in to episode 9 where we talk about what may seem simple in concept, yet in the midst of excessive behaviours, can make for quite the battle ground! The topic today is "I choose the behaviour, I choose the consequence." This is personally something that I at one point, couldn't even try to wrap my head around!
