In this episode, we look back fondly at Teekay Offshore as part of our history and wave a teary-eyed goodbye to our friends who will soon to become Altera Infrastructure.  With the selling of our remaining interest in Teekay Offshore to Brookfield last April 2019, Teekay Offshore legally became a separate entity from Teekay. However, last week's announcement of their new business name signifies the next step in the separation of the two entities.
