System Moving Into California; Locally Heavy Rain In Mid South -  A low pressure system will move into California today with rain, thunderstorms, gusty winds and mountain snow. Isolated strong thunderstorms and locally heavy rain for the south-central coast and mountain snow for the Sierra and southern California mountains.
