Mild Temperatures Over Much of the Eastern Half of the U.S.; Heavy Rain for Southern California by Tuesday - An area of low pressure will track from the Central to Northeastern U.S through Tuesday night. Above normal temperatures are forecast Monday and Tuesday east of the low and a dozen or more record high minimum overnight temperatures may be broken through Tuesday night.
