Blizzard Conditions In Alaska; Flooding and Severe Thunderstorms Possible in the South - A strong winter storm passing across southern Alaska today will bring blizzard conditions. A strong cold front stretched from the Northern Plains to the Central Rockies will bring heavy snow to southeast Wyoming into tonight.
