Wintry Weather Moving Across the Northeast; Heavy Rain Returns to the South - A storm will slide across the Northeast today with snow and some ice accumulations possible. To the south, heavy rain and additional flooding is possible from Texas to South Carolina. In Western Alaska, strong winds and heavy snow will continue to bring blizzard conditions there.
