Do you really love yourself? A bit of a deep dive today on a subject that I’m learning about. It’s a slow learning process but I’m following the trail. Self love is an important subject as it surrounds us every day. Our bodies do and create so much for us and there is a tendency to treat it as a second thought. By no means am I an expert in self love however by reciting some writing and telling a little story we can wiggle ourselves a little deeper into it. Big Love
