Barry Bishop has served as Executive Vice President of the Greater Norfolk Corporation since 1993 and represents GNC on a number of city task forces, including the Downtown Roundtable, Downtown Forum, and the Elizabeth River Trail Committee. Bishop also serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Virginians for High Speed Rail, a statewide rail advocacy organization.
