Mucopolysaccharidosis type II (MPSII) is a rare genetic disorder that can impact the nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal systems. This progressive multisystemic pathology requires a multidisciplinary approach involving a number of specialists with knowledge of the idiosyncrasies of MPSII.
