In this episode I have to admit that I don't maintain my bike as it should be maintained and sometimes it turns out to run better if it is not maintained at all :D. Besides the interval training I talk about why autumn is the best and most beautiful season and what the so called "Golden Hour" has to do with it. And why the "Golden Hour" is so rare at my place. . With this episode I also want to present you a new kind of sport I've delveloped to make boring tarmac road downhills more fun. :D .
