#020 - Stand up paddling or stand up pedaling ?! Yesterday I started the first session of the third type of interval training. 15 minutes warum up, 20 seconds extreme pedaling, 2 minutes cooldown and that 10 times in a row. I talk about how this ride was different from the previous kind of interval training, what stand up paddling/pedaling has to do with it, how it felt doing 10 repetitions and what kind of excerise I'm currently trying to reduce lower back pain on longer rides. .
