It's finally here! Part-7 of this series has finally arrived. This episode wraps everything together and will give you the context you need to apply the BALANCE acronym to your life. In this episode, I talk about creating healthy environments in 4 "environments". These are your Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual environments. When you are able to clear the clutter in these environments, you will be able to maintain balance in your life much more easily. As part of the episode I mention doing at least 5 check-ins on how you are doing in these contexts. Use the questions below to help you track your progress, moods, attitudes, and mindsets over the next 5-7 days. I'm going to suggest an interval of either 47 minutes or 1 hour 47 minutes. Here are the questions:What is going on right now in your physical environment?What is going on in your mind right now? What are you currently (in the moment) feeling?Are you in a state of flow with all of the environments? As you answer these questions, take 1-2 minute
