Radhaa Nilia

I've had many ascension energy experiences. Recently I just experienced a massive wave of energy that was very intense and challenging to integrate in the moment.  I knew it would pass like it always does, but in the meantime I was inspired to do a podcast during the experience of waves of energy moving through me. I would describe the experience as a natural high where ONENESS starts to kick in. You feel at one with everything. From the elementals to the people and all the energies in between. Particles expand and contract and you can often feel somewhere in the in-between. I had so much to do that day, more then usual in-fact. But I had to sit it out, meditate through it, drop into into it, breathe deeper into the divine particles of plasma that were dropping into me. I hope this can help someone who may need to hear this.
