Severe Thunderstorms For Northern Florida; Below Normal Temperatures for Central U.S. - Thunderstorms capable of isolated severe wind gusts and hail are expected to develop across northern Florida Tuesday. Much of the nation from the Rockies to the East will see temperatures below average this week.
