What makes no sense is the use of euphemisms in the workplace and the business environment. Quit calling people team members. Call them employees. Quit talking about having fun at work. Work is about business. Not play. Just cut the bullshit and get down to business of you are chasing success. If you want to play games, go home and sit in front of your PlayStation.
