Tony and I connected through a friend about a year ago and have continued to talk and bounce ideas off each other ever since. Bringing him on to the podcast was a lot of fun and very interesting. His leadership experience and insights will be beneficial to anyone who listens to this episode. First and foremost, Tony is a father and husband. He is also an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and coach. He is the Vice President of Moceri Construction where he leads a team of around 40 and helps out with his wife’s clothing business. In the past, Tony has also owned hair salons, an event business, and a screen-printing business. He is currently a high school basketball coach, junior high cross country coach, elementary basketball coach and has coached a variety of other youth and high school sports over the years.With his various businesses over the years and his coaching; starting, growing, and leading teams is a big part of what he does.
