Angel Hepp is the founder and creator of the Sister Joist community. You’re gonna love when you hear what a sister joist is.    Angel is a momma to 2 little girls, and when she became a mom for the first time she says she started a journey of figuring out who she is and not who she 'should be.’   She found herself giving her daughter advice that she knew she needed to take for herself too; like encouraging her daughter to be brave and courageous and to embrace all of who she was made to be regardless of the opinions of others. It was in those times that Angel started to see a stark contrast in what she was telling her daughter in comparison to the things she actually believed about herself.
