Cristobal to Track North Across Western Great Lakes; Severe Thunderstorms for Upper Ohio Valley/Eastern Great Lakes - Cristobal will accelerate north across Wisconsin, Lake Superior and into Ontario, Canada through Wednesday. Heavy rain and gusty winds will remain a threat especially across Wisconsin and the Great Lakes as the system transitions into an extratropical low.
