Cristobal Brings Additional Heavy Rainfall and Flooding; Severe Weather Possible in the Plains - Excessive rainfall and flooding are possible from the Gulf Coast northward into the mid-Mississippi Valley as Cristbol brings several inches of rainfall with gusty winds during the next couple of days. Elsewhere, severe thunderstorms are expected in the northern and central Plains.
