Slow Moving Systems in the East and the West Bring Areas of Heavy Rain - A slow moving storm in the East will bring heavy rain and the potential for flash flooding from Ohio to the Southeast. In the West, another storm will bring locally heavy rain with higher elevation snows to the Inter-mountain West. In the High Plains, storms could become severe.
