I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.  This is my thoughts, ideas and comments.  This podcast is about two different techniques to improve your well-being.  My preferred method is by doing exercise, it gives me clarity of thought, it slows my brain activity and means I go to sleep easier as I am physically and mentally tired.
