Tony Schwartz is the founder and CEO of the Energy Project, which began in 2003. He began his career as a journalist and is author of several books, including The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy, Not Time (with Jim Loehr) and The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working. He’s also co-author with Donald Trump, of The Art of the Deal.
