Severe Thunderstorms and Heavy Rain for the North-Central U.S. Today - An Enhanced Risk for severe thunderstorms including a threat for damaging winds is forecast over southern Wisconsin and into lower Michigan Friday afternoon and evening. Additional strong to severe storms are possible from the Mid Mississippi Valley through the central Plains into the central High Plains.
