Heavy Rain For North Carolina and Virginia; Fire Weather In The West - A very slow moving low pressure area will continue to produce heavy rain with potential flooding across North Carolina into southern Virginia for the next day or so. The combination of dry conditions and gusty winds will keep critical fire weather threats in effect across the Great Basin into the Four Corners.
