You just realised you haven't had lunch because you have been sitting in front of your computer for hours stressing about one thing or another. Your mind goes: "Oh dear, I really need to take better care of myself" Then, you got a phone call or SMS or email or someone knocks on the door. Once again, the idea of self-care went out of the window. We forget about it almost as soon as we remember it. When we don't have a good work-life balance or we let a project or person take over our lives for a time, our body will start to "talk to us" or "warn" us. We get headaches, backache, mood swing, insomnia just to name a few of the common symptoms. As our body and mind are connected, there is a lot we can learn from our body wisdom.
