After a successful AFL career Nicholas headed to New York to work in finance. While there he realised like most Aussies, that yankee coffee is mostly pretty shit. So he decided to open his own cafe. Fast forward a few years and he’s married to a New York supermodel and has opened Dozens of cafes.
