I Thoroughly enjoyed my  conversation with Yanik. The topics we covered served as another reminder for me to reflect on my day to day problems and make the changes I want now. Being addicted to any compulsive behaviour can happen to anyone, so please do not let the belief that addicts are "worthless" get a hold of you.
