Chap Oscar Smith talks about grief and how to deal with it.  His beloved son, Henry Oscar Smith was recently murdered.  His life was cut short at the age of 26.  Tragically, Henry was in the wrong place at the wrong time.  We hear how Chap Oscar is dealing with his indescribable pain and grief and what he suggests to help you to deal with yours.    Gratitude is another part of the equation in dealing with grief.  We firmly believe that there is a reason for everything and it is important to figure out the reason so some good can come out of it.  One needs to somehow find comfort in the most dire of circumstances to go on and be at peace.
