Hurricane conditions, life-threatening storm surge, and heavy rainfall are possible along portions of the Gulf Coast beginning on Monday. Hurricane and Storm Surge watches have been issued. Tropical Storm Laura continue to produce rain and flooding across Puerto Rico.
