Fire Weather Threats Continue in the West; Tropical Storm Watches up in Puerto Rico - Another Pacific front will produce gusty winds and elevated fire weather threats across the interior Northwest and portions of the Great Basin. Critical fire weather continues for portions of Wyoming. Tropical Depression 13 is forecast to become a Tropical Storm prior to passing near Puerto Rico and the USVI late Friday and Saturday.
