Isaias to Bring Tropical Impacts Along the Eastern Seaboard - Isaias may bring life-threatening storm surge along portions of the immediate coastline and adjacent waterways of the Carolinas. Very heavy rainfall and life-threatening flash and urban flooding are expected along the storm's track up the Eastern Seaboard.
