Tropical Systems Will Impact Texas and Hawaii This Weekend - Hanna continues to impact southern Texas. Hurricane Douglas will pass over or near the Hawaiian Islands today. The systems will bring heavy rainfall with flash flooding, strong winds, storm surge, and dangerous surf. Flash flooding is possible from the central High Plains to the Midwest.
