Episode 71 – Running the Race There are so many quotes out there about life being like a race. Most of them are corny. But they’re true. And it’s not just any race. It’s a brutal ultra-marathon. It’s not that life is a competition. It’s not that type of race. It’s the type that most of us recreational runners run. We don’t care about the prizes. We just care about pushing ourselves and seeing what we can do; what we can endure. Am I strong enough? Do I have it in me?  This short episode is a recovery episode.
