Tropics Again Becoming More Active; Fire Weather Concerns Linger Across the West and Plains - While mainly tranquil weather will prevail for much of the country through Tuesday, critical fire weather conditions are forecast from the Rockies into the Plains. Elsewhere, periods of heavy rainfall are expected for parts of Florida.
