Last week, Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring joined attorney generals from Maryland and Washington, D.C. to sue the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), for what they say is its failure to protect the Chesapeake Bay. We talk to Attorney General Herring about the lawsuit. WHRO’s Sam Turken also joins to discuss his reporting on the water quality in the Bay.
