Success After Excess

Hello everyone and welcome back for this weeks episode of Success After Excess! I am VERY excited for this one!! Ever remember hearing the phrase "Practice makes perfect!" Well guess what?!?! IT'S A LIE!!!!!  When I came to understand that I had been being fed such a dose of unrealistic standards, it was SUCH a relief to be able to toss it away and breathe! FINALLY I could let go and honestly, feel some semblance of freedom! Now I'm not saying that I have just trashed all of my standards and don't utilize measurable tools to hit goals, what I am 100% saying is, that I have given myself full permission to take an unrealistic standard and pressure off of my back.  I heard a new phrase that suits much better and that I choose to go by now and it is "Practice makes way for progress!"  So on this Monday, take a deep breathe, give yourself a break and happily crush your week!
