I am so honored to have my new friend Mary Ochsner on the show! Mary and I met through the guys that helped to create our apps and then connected through Instagram! We then met IRL when she visited San Francisco! We became friends and enjoy talking about all things yoga. What really sparked my interest about Mary was that she creates the awesome tutorials for all yogis. She makes yoga really accessible to beginners and is really passionate about getting people on their mat. She reassures all of her students that it is okay to be in their bodies exactly as they are.
