Since then, VMI's superintendent was pressured to resign and its Board of Visitors voted to remove a statue of Confederate Gen. Stonewall Jackson. Virginia State Senator Tommy Norment, a 1968 graduate of VMI, joins us to discuss the situation and his op-ed in The Roanoke Times.
