I did a podcast episode a couple days ago where I shared how I discovered a way of stealing ultra hot leads from the competition. It turns out if you track recent follows on Twitter and LinkedIn, you will be shocked by how many sales/marketing people and CEOs follow people after they have a first sales call or in-person meeting. So we would track recent follows and then call on these same people, and usually hear, "Great timing! We’re thinking about this service right now!" I also mentioned how startups of 8 or less are the easiest and give away the most information.
