This month Jack is joined by Ben West, a mental health campaigner & university student. In 2018 the unthinkable happened when Ben's brother took his own life. In the days and months that followed Ben's whole world changed forever, which led to him striving daily to improve the awareness around mental health within the UK, with a particular emphasis on students and young people. Since then, in just two years Ben has gone onto win awards, create campaigns that have been signed by hundreds of thousands of people, and even delivered a signed petition to the prime minister in London. The pair speak about Ben's story, how he found the motivation to carry on, along with delving into the world of social media too.
