Padilla and Jonathan Magolnick, co-founders of Carewell.  Carewell is a Charlotte-based, family-led ecommerce company with a mission to improve the lives of caregivers and their loved ones. Their story began with one goal: to find a way to provide better care for loved ones through easy, personalized service. Carewell’s story began in 2015, when its founders were among the 20% of Americans who act as informal caregivers.
