Live today at 4pm Pacific, I (Jay Bozievich) have engaged an attorney to represent my dispute with the city of Eugene challenging Eugene's new public safety payroll tax. “I also cannot believe it is constitutional to try and tax the employee's income that derives from work they do outside of City limits.
