I am at Jekyll Island with our 7th grade students. This field trip is just an awesome learning experience for our Mabry students. Be sure to keep up with the event "as it happens" at our Jekyll Blog, which features hundreds of pictures and important information related to the trip. This year we are even posting podcasts. I have consistently been impressed with the quality of the instruction our students get from the instructors at the 4-H Center. These young men and women are knowledgeable, energetic and enthusiastic about environmental studies, and work very well with middle school students. Unexpectedly this year, one of the instructors is himself a former Mabry student. Naturally, we did a podcast interview. Meet former Mabry student, Geo!
