 Wade Davis II a former NFL football player who played for the Tennessee Titans, Washington Redskins and Seattle Seahawks join CWT4R  discussing coming out, sports and his passion to help LGBTQ youth. Wade was named one of the 50 Black LGBT adults that Black LGBT Youth should know in 2012. He will be here in Chicago this weekend, April 5-7, at the Bolder Than Out Conference where he will be the Keynote Speaker, at Saturday’s luncheon.Davis is a nationally recognized, speaker, advocate, writer and educator; he's also a principal co- owner of the YOU Belong Initiative LLC. - a social enterprise that seeks to encourage inclusion through the provision of innovative youth development programs. He works at the Hetrick Martin Institute (HMI) as the Assistant Director of Job Readiness and Academic Enrichment teaching young people how to define success  and thrive in society.
