As an Innovative Researcher Professor Bullard has been an innovative, award-winning professor of speech communication at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California for 30 years. Barbara is known for her innovative and dynamic approach to teaching, communications, leadership, relationships and healing. Her involvement with the Edgar Cayce Readings and with the Monroe Institute, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, for more than 25 years, has lead to research, testing, and teaching about the healing impact of music and sound on the brain.
