Value Adds Value!

We know that ego is meant to protect us from danger and to allow us to achieve more, but what happens when we teach purely driven by ego? In our experience the results haven't been good. We have been having a lot of conversations about humility over the last few weeks and flipped the conversation one day to ego.  In this episode we discussed what the dangers are of being an ego driven teacher and how your students will suffer if you are.
