Aotearoa Water Action is refusing to give up, despite a High Court case backing consent given in Canterbury to controversial water bottling operations.The court's ruled the regional council was in the right to approve resource consents in 2017 for Cloud Ocean and Rapaki,  to use stock water bores for bottling drinking water.Spokeswoman Niki Gladding told Chris Lynch their lawyers are looking closely at the ruling and may take it to the Court of Appeal.She says it's too big an issue to lie down and accept.Gladding says if the ruling is right, then there's some serious work to do to change legislation on allocating water.LISTEN ABOVE
