During this unprecedented time of the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be certain secondary effects that impact our mental health and psychological well-being. To help us cope with the day to day uncertainty and anxiety of this pandemic, “Well Said” has invited Dr. Victor Fornari, Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the Zucker School of Medicine and Vice-Chair of Psychiatry for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Zucker Hillside Hospital of Northwell Health, to share strategies for dealing with the stress, how to communicate with our families and how to access mental health services.
