After 30 years, I have reached a freedom in my life, where I’m able to live with an independent spirit. Rather than striving to obtain more... I’ve minimized, moved away from the hustle bustle of the Bay Area, and have focused on developing a beautiful life, with close friends and family. I am extremely grateful for all the blessings that have graced my life in this unveiling transition. I seek harmony, balance, homeostasis, peace... and an abundance of fun and laughter!! Miracle pills for heath and happiness don’t exist. However, I am holistic and realistic, and I strive towards optimal health and an active lifestyle. I’ve found the secret to live life to the fullest, energized, and am currently living pain-free! I’m so encouraged to be golden in my Golden Years. Many blessings!
